  1. Download Photoshop (according to your Windows system) and the patch via the link above.
  2. Extract the file you have downloaded earlier with WinRAR.
  3. Go to the extracted folder then run Photoshop Set-up.exe
  4. You will be asked to login with Adobe account if it is connected with internet connection.
  5. If it is not connected to the Internet connection can directly install.
  6. Wait until the installation is complete.
  7. After installation is complete, if the selection appears Trial software, close it.
  8. Go to the extracted folder Patch, then run Patch.exe.
  9. Select Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, and then click Install.
  10. Select the file location amtlib.dll in folder of Adobe Photoshop CC 2017.
  11. ex: C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 \ amtlib.dll \.
  12. Run Adobe Photoshop CC 2017.
  13. Done!.
